Lisa Martin-Garlic brings over 20 years of recruiting experience across Boston and New York. Through M&L Recruiting, she has placed Sales, Customer Success, and Executive talent with companies throughout the US.

Beyond recruiting, Lisa's heart has always been with dogs. In 2017, she co-founded GoodPup, which grew steadily before being acquired by Rover in 2022. That success gave her the foundation to pursue something even closer to her heart: K9 Rescue and Rehab, a dog rescue she founded in Canastota, NY.

Today, Lisa is building M&L Recruiting with purpose — donating 50% of all proceeds directly to K9 Rescue and Rehab. For Lisa, it's never been just about placing great talent. It's about doing business in a way that makes a real difference.
